Does claiming cost anything?
No. Claiming and listing are free, and stay free.
Which document do you need?
Just one: the title-deed page that shows the property, the property-tax bill or the exclusive-listing contract. We do not ask for your ID card. If the document shows ID or account numbers, cover them before uploading.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You decide. If you continue we send you the payment link. If not, the Premier or Featured label comes off by itself and your listings stay published as normal listings. Nothing is deleted.
Would you rather they not appear?
You can remove them for free: removal form.
