How it works
- You request your 7-day trial with the form below.
- We give you your key and your website's domains are registered on your account.
- You send your file (first as a check that saves nothing, then for real). Rows with errors come back with the reason.
- Your listings appear on the map and on their country and zone pages. Send the file again when something changes: it updates, it does not duplicate.

Co-brokerage
On each listing you mark whether it is open to other agencies and what share of your fee you offer to the one that brings the buyer. Only members see that share; it never appears on a public page. The agreement is between the two agencies: Cielo Inmuebles is not a party to it and receives nothing from it.
Clear rules
- Only listings you represent. We do not copy third-party portals.
- If an owner asks us to remove a listing, we remove it the same business day.
- Phones and emails in descriptions are replaced; buyers reach you through the site's form, which is logged.
- Sales only for now; rentals come later.

Cielo Inmuebles is an advertising portal: it sells advertising only and takes no part in sales. No product promises a number of visits, inquiries or sales.

Frequently asked questions
Does MLS Cielo copy listings from other portals?
No. Listings come from whoever represents them (their agency, developer or owner) by file. We do not copy third-party portals for MLS Cielo.
Does Cielo Inmuebles take part in sales?
No. Cielo Inmuebles is an advertising portal: it sells advertising only and takes no part in the negotiation or the sale. A co-brokerage agreement is between the two agencies.
Who sees the co-brokerage percentage?
Only MLS Cielo members. It never appears on a public page.
How much does it cost?
A 7-day free trial, no card. Outside Mexico it is free for now. In Mexico, MLS Cielo for agencies is MX$899 + VAT a month and for developers MX$1,790 + VAT. Posting a single listing by hand stays free.
What happens to my listings if I stop paying?
The ones you posted stay; nothing is deleted. Only file upload and access to the co-brokerage list stop.
