Frequently asked questions
Is it drone footage?
No. The Parcel Fly-In is generated with 3D maps and AI. If you want real aerial imagery, the Fly-In with your drone footage ends on your own recording and the Real drone shoot includes a visit with a pilot.
What do you need from me?
The parcel or project name as you want it written, its location (a pin, a KML file or a plan with coordinates), 2 to 4 points to label that exist or are marked as planned, your agency logo if you want it shown, and your confirmation that you represent the property.
How exact is the location?
It is approximate: we use the point you give us. It is not a survey, it shows no boundaries and says nothing about the land's legal status. Drive times are by car, with no traffic and no border wait.
Is the map imagery current?
The map is a base map that can be years old; new roads, clearing or construction may not show. We do not invent buildings. If you have a recent aerial photo of your site, we use it.
How long is it, and how long does it take?
The video runs 30 to 60 seconds. It ships 3 business days after we get that parcel's details, with one round of changes. The Fly-In with your drone footage includes up to 2 rounds. A real drone shoot depends on weather, permits and the pilot's schedule.
Do you promise visits or sales?
No. It is a video to present your parcel or project. We do not promise a number of visits, inquiries or sales.
How do I pay?
First you request the video with the form and we reply within one business day with the total and how to pay. There are no pay buttons on this page. Prices are in Mexican pesos plus VAT (IVA).
Is it included with a Premier seat?
Yes: a Premier seat in a zone includes one Parcel Fly-In, once, when you sign up. Prices by zone are on the pricing page.
