Advertiser terms

1. Cielo Inmuebles is an advertising portal. It shows listings placed by agencies, owners and other advertisers. We are not a real estate agency, agents or brokers. We sell advertising only: we take no part in negotiations, we do not show properties and we receive no payment for any sale or rental that follows. Each listing is the responsibility of whoever posts it.
2. Listings from other sources: when a listing comes from another site we show its source and a link to the original ad. If you are the owner you can claim it free or ask for its removal from the listing page; we handle it within 48 hours.
3. Listing and claiming a listing are free.
4. By listing or claiming you state that you own the property or are authorized by the owner to advertise it, and that your information is true.
5. Content license: you authorize Cielo Inmuebles, free of charge and for as long as your listing is published, to display, reproduce, resize/reformat and distribute the photos, text and data of your listings on the site and its channels. You state you have the right to grant this.
6. Your claimed listings show your name or agency name and your WhatsApp; buyers' messages go to you and appear in your dashboard.
7. Plan prices are on the pricing page, in Mexican pesos plus IVA. A plan starts once Mercado Pago confirms the payment (or we confirm your transfer): it activates and publishes by itself, with no waiting for a person. If you claimed a listing that was already on the site, it activates as soon as it is verified as yours.
8. The Verified badge means you gave us ID and an ownership or authorization document to offer the property, and we reviewed them. It is not a legal opinion or a title guarantee and does not replace a notary or the Public Registry of Property.
9. Automatic billing: it only starts if you expressly authorize it with the checkbox at payment. The same amount plus IVA is charged to your card each month, through Mercado Pago, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; the next month is not charged and the plan stays active until the end of the paid term.
10. Invoice (CFDI): if you need one, enter your tax details at payment and we issue it with them.
11. Prepayment gets the published discounts, the same for everyone, and the price is fixed for the paid term. When the term ends, the listing goes back to free.
12. You can cancel anytime. There are no refunds once a term has started.
13. When you pay with Mercado Pago the payment goes to Cielo Inmuebles' account; never pay another account or someone claiming to be Cielo Inmuebles.
14. Premier has a maximum number of agencies per zone. If a zone is full, there is a first-come, first-served waitlist.
15. Paid placement is labeled “Premier” or “Featured”.
16. We may decline a verification or remove fake, duplicate, misleading or unlawful listings.
17. When a property sells, mark it sold in your dashboard.
