How it works
- Find your listing or upload a new one. Search for your property by link or title and claim it free, or upload a new one with photos, price and details.
- Pick a plan. Free, Verified, Featured, Premier by zone or Sponsored keyword.
- Confirm it's yours. Upload your ID and the deed, the property-tax receipt or an exclusive listing contract. We verify ownership or authorization documents.
- Pay and it goes live. Pay by SPEI bank transfer. We confirm your payment, your plan activates and your property goes live. Mercado Pago coming soon.

Is Cielo Inmuebles a real-estate agency?
No. Cielo Inmuebles is an advertising portal: we sell advertising only and take no part in sales. Each listing is the responsibility of its advertiser. You deal directly with your buyers; we only give you visibility.
How much does it cost to advertise my property?
Listing and claiming your listing is free. If you want to show first or carry the Verified Property stamp, paid plans start at $99 a month per property, plus VAT. Prices are published on the pricing page and are the same for everyone.
What does the “Verified Property” stamp mean?
That we reviewed your ownership or authorization documents: ID, deed, property-tax receipt or exclusive listing contract, and proof at the property. It is a document review; the title search is done by a notary.
How do I pay, and when does my property go live?
Today you pay by SPEI bank transfer, in pesos plus VAT, and you can ask for an invoice. We confirm your transfer, then your plan activates and your property goes live. Mercado Pago (card and OXXO) is coming soon. If you claim a listing that was already here, it activates once we verify it is yours.
