Your properties appear in their city, with your name and a link to your original ad. Claim and edit them at no cost.
Verificado
$99 + VAT per property per month
The “Verified Property” seal (we review the property's documents) and a spot above the free listings.
Destacada
From $149 + VAT per property per month
Includes Verified. Your properties show at the top of their city, below Premier only, labelled Featured. If a city has many paid listings, they rotate daily.
Premier by zone
From $14,700 + VAT per zone, per 3 months
First in the zone you choose, labelled Premier. Only 3 seats per zone. Includes Featured on up to 25 properties, the Verified stamp and one Parcel Fly-In (one fly-in video, once, when you sign up).
Paid listings always carry their label (Featured or Premier). We do not promise a number of visits or sales.
Prices
In Mexican pesos, plus VAT. The same prices as on the pricing page. Featured is per property per month: the more properties, the less you pay for each, and the lowest price is the volume price.

Price per 3-month block and per zone, in MXN + VAT. There are 3 seats per zone. Seats go in order of payment and the price is that of the seat open when you pay; we confirm availability before charging.
Premier is sold in 3-month blocks, with no lock-in beyond the block you pay for. Rates are reviewed at each renewal with 30 days' notice.

Cielo Básico

How it works

Feature my properties
How inquiries reach you
One simple rule: the buyer always reaches whoever posted the listing. We never send them to another agent and we do not keep their details.
Unclaimed listing
The buyer sees the “View original listing” button and contacts the agency directly on its own site. We do not capture their details.
Claimed listing (free)
Claim it and the inquiry form sends the messages to your email. Every inquiry is logged and your dashboard shows how many you received this week. It sits below the paid listings.
Paid listing (Verified, Featured, Premier)
A WhatsApp button with your number and a ready-written message, a call button and the form. Every tap carries a code so it can be counted, and you see the numbers in your dashboard and monthly report. It sits at the top of its zone.
Messages and taps belong to the advertiser: they are not resold or passed on to other agencies.
Where are my listings today?
We show properties that agencies publish on their own websites, always with the source name and a link to the original ad. Review your listings and tell us about any change: we fix it the same business day. If you would rather we remove them, tell us here and we remove them the same business day. Privacy notice
