The valley

The Valle de Guadalupe sits inside the municipality of Ensenada. The state promotes it as a wine route, with a Mediterranean climate of warm days and cool nights. The agriculture ministry's figure covers the whole Zona Costa, not the valley alone, and the source names the Valle de Guadalupe as one of its main areas.

Several figures circulate for how many wineries the valley has, and the official sources do not agree on the number or the year, so we do not print one.

The harvest festival

The state tourism board publishes the program of the Fiestas de la Vendimia every year. The 36th edition was scheduled for August and September 2026; the dates change from one year to the next.
