• Formalizes the escritura (public deed) of the sale.
• Checks the certificado de libertad de gravamen (lien-free certificate) at the Registro Público de la Propiedad.
• Calculates and withholds the taxes and fees of the transaction.
• Records the deed in the Registro Público.
